Leah Gardens is a development of 94 homes 5 of which have been designed to Passivhaus standards. Eastleigh Borough Council set high standards for environmental sustainability and design quality for the project which occupies a 2.5 hectare, former allotment site in the centre of Eastleigh. The project sees Eastleigh embark on a new phase of Council Housing, with the scheme delivering a range of homes to meet a variety of needs. Residents will benefit by living in highly efficient homes which help in the fight to eradicate fuel poverty and improve health.
