This project at Ditchingham, Norfolk consists of 14 affordable dwellings arranged in a single curved terrace. The scheme is located in a conservation area, adjacent to a number of Tayler & Green Grade II listed buildings. Innovative thermal bridge free foundations and simplicity of detailing and construction have delivered the exacting Passivhaus performance whilst reflecting the local vernacular.
